You do one workshop per day with afternoons free to continue working in your sketchbook. Alternately, choose to work on one workshop in the morning followed by a leisurely lunch break and another workshop in the afternoon.

 

Choose to concentrate on  the figure, architecture, still life, landscape , or a combination . You are invited to make any special requests to deepen your forray into different approaches and imagery.

 

You can come as an absolute beginner or with years of experience. Your drawing intensive will be tailor-made to you.

 

Your classrooms are Florence’s museums, piazzas, streets, churches, gardens and hillsides, where you will develop your own personal approach to drawing through the discipline of practicing drawing and observational skills, each presented clearly to build on each other.

 

You’ll go home with a bound sketchbook filled with your sketches and inspirations,

& numerous completed drawings & studies. but most importantly, you take home with you tools that will change what you see for a lifetime. 

 

With your eyes more opened to the beauty around you, and a sense of  joy in a small  thing done & appreciated well, you will live what we consider the true definition of la bella vita.
